How can I order custom fabric lengths?
All fabrics are sold by the meter. You can enter your desired length in the quantity box on the product page; for example, entering '2' will result in a single continuous 2-meter piece.
What are your shipping rates for international orders?
We ship worldwide via DHL and EMS. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your fabric and the destination country.
Can I request fabric swatches before placing a large order?
Yes, we offer sample sets for most of our permanent collections. You can find the 'Request a Swatch' option on individual product pages for a nominal fee.
What payment methods do you accept?

What is your return policy for cut fabrics?
Because fabrics are cut to your specific requirements, we cannot accept returns unless the item is defective or the incorrect fabric was sent. Please review your order carefully before finalizing.

Yes, we offer bulk pricing for orders exceeding 20 meters of the same fabric. Please contact our trade department with your business details for a custom quote.
